Welcome to The Phoenix Medical Centre
The Phoenix Medical Centre moved to purpose built premises on the seafront at Goring-By-Sea in October 2011.
There are 2 partners at the Phoenix Medical Centre, Dr Fatema Chowdhury and Dr Juliana Haynes.
Dr Sheikh and Dr Hardwick both are providing long term locum cover.
At The Phoenix Medical Centre in West Sussex the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups. See "Clinics and Services" on the toolbar.

HOW ARE WE DOING?
Please tell us how how we are doing. Click HERE to undertake a short survey. We are always happy to receive comments and suggestions - there is a leaflet available in reception.
In order to improve the service we provide for you - our patients - we, together with our colleagues at other practices, sometime close for an afternoon.
There is still an urgent service available should you need to access healthcare during the afternoon and if you do need NHS help during this time we will give you a number to call.
We take extra steps to make sure we can see as many patients as possible during the morning of training days and open again first thing the next day.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused but hope that you can understand this activity, which will ensure we are able to provide you with the most up-to-date and best possible health services.
